Behind Magasine are two seasoned entrepreneurs from Laren – FREDERIKE EVENBLIJ (founder) and RON WIETEN (co-founder).

Frederike has 25 years of experience building successful consumer brands - such as Happinez, Flow, A/N/G Skincare, Singer Museum Laren, Brasserie & Bar Mauve, and Anton the Cookery Club 

 

Ron is the owner of Brasserie & Bar Mauve – the place to be in Laren – for five years. Together, they have enjoyed a successful collaboration over the past five years and came up with the idea to launch MAGASINE in 'DE SMEDERIJ' – bringing a new kind of retail experience to the village, for locals and shoppers from across the country.

Having gathered countless ideas, images, and brands, it's their aim is to share them and their stories across multiple platforms: online, offline, in print, and, most excitingly, in their SOON-TO-OPEN DEPARTMENT STORE in the heart of shopping walhalla LAREN (NH),
